Young golfers taking their next step on the road to Augusta National
Seneca Hickory Stick Golf Course was proud to host a local qualifier for the PGA of America’s Drive, Chip & Putt Championship, welcoming 96 junior golfers from across the region to compete for a chance to advance on the road to Augusta National Golf Club.
Designed to inspire and grow the game, the Drive, Chip & Putt Championship gives young golfers the chance to showcase their skills in three fundamental areas—driving, chipping, and putting. Competitors demonstrated outstanding sportsmanship, determination, and talent throughout the day as they competed for a chance to continue their journey to the National Finals at Augusta National.
Hosting events like this reflects Seneca Hickory Stick’s commitment to supporting junior golf and creating opportunities for young players to develop their skills and passion for the game. Seeing 96 aspiring golfers take part in such a prestigious event was an exciting reminder of golf’s bright future.
